Yūsei Matsui (松井 優征, Matsui Yūsei), born January 31, is the creator and author of the manga and anime series Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro, Assassination Classroom and The Elusive Samurai.

Yūsei provided the voice of the mangaka in episode 25 of the anime series[1]. Not much is known about him, but an interview can be found here.

Biography[]

A manga author from Iruma, Saitama Prefecture, Yūsei Matsui was a former assistant for Yoshio Sawai, creator and author of the manga series Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo.
